Central Florida Racing Complex
Alright so it seems for the time being Orlando Speedworld is closed (?).
In the mean time! How does this appeal to you guys? They host autocross and drifting courses. I like the auto cross, only thing I could hit is a soft cone and I'm okay with that. Prices are on their website but basically you need a helmet, sit through a safety class, pay your $35 and you're good to go.

About 1.5 hours away not that bad. I would up to go one day to see some drifting.

I'd love to watch autocross, but I'm not sure my car is well equipped for a good aggressive run. However, I'd love to run it in a quarter. I've been wanting to give Bithlo a run sometime. I'm not sure this is the weekend tho. Keep us posted.

Well guys, I have been going over to Speedworld for their "funday sundays" and it has been a lot of fun watching. Haven't run yet cause I have had a friend with me each time. The next one is on November 2nd and I will probably go over again. The weather is cooler now and more folks are going over. Lots of fast cars and recently the ummm mustangs have run the place over lol..Let me know.. Cheers..

The "Waste of Money" ran a quarter mile at Orlando Speedway, AKA Bithlo Racetrack !! Haven't been there since 1976. I raced a 2003 Corvette and beat him by .036 sec and 1 mph. My time was 13.109 seconds at 107.78 mph.
Only mod is a 93 tune, 1/4 tank of gas, 59 degrees.

Hey man, I just saw this, that's a pretty good run and almost what I ran the very first time I ran my Camaro there with ONLY a CAI and axle back and an Xpipe,, I ran 13.10 @ 107.8 on the first pass and on the second run a 13.02 @ 108.2, I was impressed, ran a Green Hemi Challenger who called me out and I beat him by 3 car !!! woo hoo.
