We are game for pretty much anything....as long as I have enough notice I can take the night off from work.

What date are you thinking of? The Holiday parade is the 6th. So that leaves the 13th & the 20th if you are doing a Saturday. I know we cannot do the 13th (Johns daughters wedding is 12/13/14. ) We could do the 20th or another day besides the 12th or 13th. Will be glad to help out if the dates work out.

What about Sunday the 14th? No car shows going on that day and it's still early in the month kinda, I know the closer to Christmas it is more people are busy and traveling and such. I too am able to help out if the selected day works for me.

I would think Friday night or Sat would be better for everyone. We already have a Meet and Greet Dec 12 maybe that night would be OK?

Also do we want to have this in a public place where its a cost per head? like a restaurant? or do we want to make it simple like last time at my place and bring stuff?

We are always open to hosting it. Plenty of space and things to do over here. and we can cut the cost down allot.

Do we want it only SCC members? i was thinking SCC Family and friends of SCC? that OK?

I work Friday and Saturday nights.... and I know Tammy just mentioned they wont be available the 12th or 13th which was why I suggest the 14th, being still a week out from Christmas people would most likely be available. I could probably take the night off but I'd have to know soon...my schedule comes out 2 weeks in advance, it never changes but if I need time off I need to ask soon....

I think having it somewhere personal is better and everyone brings something and if they can't bring anything maybe have a kick in fee ? I'm okay with family and friends of SCC as well.
