just googles katzkins ....noticed they have alligator, or ostrich as options besides leather....and some pretty neat textured non leather options,....I did the old west style leather.

Sounds like a steal to me if they are also removing and reinstalling all the trim and components for covering or partial covering both seat sets door card/ interior panels....in my experience you could easily eat 1600 in labor cost/time to remove and replace the parts involved without even consideri...

I placed an order for a big block set this morning...seems like they are just starting batch production at this point for that size so there is a significant discount, but some significant wait time.....you know gather enough orders to make it worth a production run... for this level of neato-burrit...

Probably based on head removal cost, that way if the head needed to be drilled and tapped to remove the broken studs it could be....along with the standard stuff involved with checking the deck/block interface and replacing the head gasket and head bolts all of which would be prudent and required af...

one more thing ....the summit url was for an inexpensive tank with a return line and sender pre-installed....as many modern conversion engines require that ( ie fule injection, electric fuel pumps, or any aftermarket efi setups.....) its the one I would buy if I needed one even though I don't need t...

yes it looks right.......but putting senders into the 68 tank and getting the lock ring on is like trying to wrestle an angry fragile weasel into the end of a garden hose and then capping said garden hose with a 2 liter soda cap... do yourself a favor and consider http://www.summitracing.com/parts/g...

If your sure can get a small right angle drill in the area you might consider http://www.brokenbolt.com There is also old trick where if enough is sticking out you weld a nut onto it by centering a properly sized nut over the broken stud, filling the center of the nut with mig weld then using a sock...

Its really a nifty little item...pricey...but then again cheap compared to un-detected detonation that may be happening. Peep's engine is highly modified, relatively difficult to hear past the roar when you step on her, and has less computing power than a toaster...So i figured its a prudent additio...

So Ive been tuning bo-peep entirely by ear. SO shes running sharp, really sharp. Crisp off the line, smooth at cruising speed...no garble...for the last few weeks. SO moment of truth saturday, take it to Doug Hunkler ( race camaro builder modder) cause he has a super nice digital timing light saturd...

um...that looks alot like a head gasket leak letting coolant into the oil to me... crankcase ventilation isnt usually that creamy...dark and oily... yes but that looks like melted cream cheese and oil to me. Or am i missing the point and this isnt a catch can for PVC ventilation reburn line on a gen5?
